We accept returns within 2 days of the delivery date, provided the item:

Has no damage, stains, or signs of wear

Includes all original tags, manuals, or accessories (if any)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized items

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
🔄 Return Process

Include your Order Number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Once approved, you’ll be guided on how to return the product.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item sent).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at jamilalishba58@gmail.com with supporting photos.
